If she didn’t like a house, she would not hesitate to let us know, and why. Ann put every effort into purchasing our first home as streamline and enjoyable as possible. With her connections we were able to get pre-approved for a loan very quickly. As well as have a very thorough inspection performed. She also has very impressive negotiation skills. When we told her an amount that we were comfortable with offering she would ask if we felt comfortable with her trying to negotiate a little lower or with important contingencies. And as my grandmother taught me “It never hurts to ask!” So obviously we told her to go for it and this paid off. She was able to get us our house for well under asking price. Obviously, this won’t always be the case every time, but you can be rest assured that Ann isn’t afraid to play a little hard ball and will go the extra length to get the most bang for your buck.
